Should Sotomayor be appointed to the Supreme Court? Remember that 8 of the 10 cases she presided over while in the lower courts, which went to the Supreme Court, have been overturned? Not a good record to encourage confidence, but do the Democrats care about how the American people feel? I don’t think so!
